I started this collection as a way to raise money to help my friend Sharon's Goldendoodle Clyde with his fight against cancer. Sadly, Clyde lost his battle, but because his likeness was so popular with so many, I wanted to do something in his memory. Since Clyde and several of his doggy siblings received certification from Therapy Dogs International it seemed like the perfect choice. So when you purchase a piece from the Clyde Collection not only will you get a quality piece of jewelry to enjoy but you will know you are helping a worthwhile organization continuing their work.
Each earring is based on the same sketch but as it is hand cut slight variations may occur.

All of my handmade charms are cast in solid silver however slight variations may occur. All materials are susceptible to damage due to exposure to any harsh chemicals including chlorine from swimming pools or hot tubs, seawater, cosmetics, hairs spray or perfume. To maintain the beauty, a mild hand soap with no coloring may be used to remove any dirt, rinse with clear water and pat dry with a soft cloth or use a polishing cloth designed for silver.

Yes, I often work with customers to create custom orders. Several items in my shop are a result of a customer requesting something new.
Sizing details
I can often create a different size or length if needed for bracelets, chains and necklaces. Earrings can also often be converted to be worn either dangling, as a post or even non-pierced if needed. Please contact me about and special requests.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Most pieces are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a craft paper box with the Blue Firefly logo on top and tied with a colorful string. If you require something different or to enclose a special note just message me and I will do my best to help you out.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me and I will be happy to clarify and/or resolve any queries or issues you may have regarding the item. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and I will do my best to attend to your concerns. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition. After 14 days all sales are considered final. Custom orders may not qualify for an exchange or refund, or may require a restocking fee.
